  • Leanne Pilkington

    Leanne Pilkington is Managing Director of real estate group Laing+Simmons, 2017 REB Thought Leader of the Year, and President of REINSW. Leanne has more than 25 years in the industry, developing an extensive knowledge of the full spectrum of real estate services, including residential sales, property management, retail management and development. Overseeing the whole Laing+Simmons group as well as focusing on the growth and development of each franchise, Leanne is instrumental in developing new products, services and training systems to meet the varying needs of each member of the group.

  • Tim McKibbin

    Tim McKibbin is the CEO of REINSW, a position he has held since 2007. Tim previously acted as the REINSW’s Legal Counsel where he was regularly required to advise agents on agency agreements and practice issues. Tim is a solicitor and accountant, and specialised in property and taxation matters when he was in private practice. Tim regularly speaks to the media on property market issues and trends. He currently sits on the NCAT Consultative Forum, the Real Estate Reference Group established by NSW Minister Victor Dominello, and is a member of the Property Law Committee of the Law Society of New South Wales.

  • Bryan Wilcox

    Bryan Wilcox was appointed as REEF Chief Executive Officer in June 2016 after having served as President for 16 years and on the Committee of Management since 1998.
    He resigned his position as President in early 2016 after selling his real estate business, Farquharsons Executive Rentals in Double Bay. Prior to owning his own business, he held senior management positions at McGrath Estate Agents, Richardson & Wrench Double Bay and worked with Schroders Australia, Jones Lang Wootton and The Realty Property Group.

  • Andrew Gavrielatos

    Andrew Gavrielatos is an Assistant Commissioner at NSW Fair Trading. He heads up the Real Estate and Property division which takes take responsibility for all real estate and property functions, including industry regulation. He chairs the Real Estate Reference Group, an industry-Government discussion forum, that examines and reviews significant matters for the property industry including the current training reform proposals to up-skill the real estate industry and ensure consumer protection.
    Mr Gavrielatos has more than a decade of experience as a senior government executive involved in stakeholder engagement and customer service.
